• All returns must be postmarked within one day of the purchase date all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
• For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 100% money paid for the gemstone within 10 days by meeting the above conditions.
• Note: Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
• Any custom jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc) cannot be returned with money. You can however, you can place a return request within 10 days of delivery to request a store credit, which is 75% of invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.
• To return an item, please email customer service at support@gemkara.com to obtain a Return merchandise authorization number. • Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Gemkara Private Limited will deduct the certification cost.
